Operating Support, Organizational Development and Project Support grants require Final Reports. FY2011 Final Reports are due August 1, 2011. Once the reports are approved, the remainder of the grant funds will be disbursed. Interim Reports are no longer required for Arts Council grants.

The Grantee Communications Kit may prove helpful as you publicize your award to the local press.
The Arts Council of Fairfax County requires public acknowledgement of the activities it supports. The Arts Council has a logo and tag line that should be used in acknowledging our support. The guidelines for crediting the Arts Council are described below. When you use the Arts Council's logo, it must be legible, and must be accompanied by the tag line: "This program is funded in part by the Arts Council of Fairfax County, supported by Fairfax County."

At programs or public gatherings related to your award, acknowledge the Arts Council verbally. On signage at events, include the Arts Council's logo with the tagline: "This program is funded in part by the Arts Council of Fairfax County, supported by Fairfax County."
At press conferences acknowledge the Arts Council orally. In press kits and in press releases, include the Arts Council's logo with the tagline: "This program is funded in part by the Arts Council of Fairfax County, supported by Fairfax County."
Acknowledge the Arts Council as follows: Include the Arts Council's logo with the tagline: "This program is funded in part by the Arts Council of Fairfax County, supported by Fairfax County." The Arts Council's logo should be legible from a distance.
