International Children's Festival
Black Tie Gala
A Festival highlight is the black tie Gala held on Thursday, September
21, at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.
Reception, 7:00 pm. Dinner,
8:00 pm.
Attended by 600 guests including embassy officials, corporate
sponsors and friends of the Festival. Long acknowledged as the "must
attend" gala of the fall season, it spotlights a stage in
the middle of the ballroom and young performers from South Korea,
the United Kingdom, Hawaii and Turkey perform throughout the evening.
An exquisite dinner featuring an international menu is interspersed
with the spectacular stage presentations. Individual tickets, $200.00.
