Operating Support grants help to sustain Fairfax County arts organizations financially and ensure a continuing and rich variety of cultural opportunities for residents and visitors.
On September 27, 2011 the Board of Trustees of the Arts Council of Fairfax County approved $369,192 in operating support grants to 42 arts organizations throughout the county. All types of organizations received funding including arts education, choral music, dance, instrumental music, opera, and theatre. A list of grant recipients appears below.
